“Intersections” invites writers and artists to explore the meeting points where paths, ideas, and people come together. It’s a place where social, personal, and cultural forces shape our lives and identities. Through written or visual work, explore how this creates moments of change, conflict, and connection.

General Guidelines
Persimmon Review accepts unpublished pieces of short story, poetry, creative nonfiction, and visual art.
Simultaneous submissions: We accept simultaneous submissions, but please notify us via email (persimmonreviewofficial@gmail.com) to withdraw your submission if your piece got accepted elsewhere.
All ages can submit
We do not accept pieces containing explicit content, discriminatory messages, violence, academic essays, and plagiarism (no use of AI).
Rights remain with the author/artist upon publication.
Applicants may only submit one short story.
